Weapons must be semi-automatic with a trigger guard. If there is a question if your weapon can be used here, a staff member will make it. The decision of staff is final. All CO2 or High Pressure tanks must be in test date. High-pressure fibre wrap tanks may not have any cracks or fraying and can't have any stickers, decals or other coverings on them. Maximum velocity is 350 fps.

During the summer months always carry bug spray and sunscreen. Application of bug spray should be done before you play and will keep the pests off you while on our many courses. Avoid using bug spray near your goggles. It will damage goggle lenses and other plastic equipment. In the winter lip-balm and good warm gloves are a must. Remember, we are outdoors so dress for the weather.

You can bring your own BB's if you can prove they are Biodegradable. Special Ops Airsoft Junior is situated in Hollington Wood an ancient woodland with over 45 acre of space to play and enjoy. For this reason care must be taken at all times when walking around the woods. Only Biodegradable BB's are allowed on site to help protect this delicate environment, unless you can prove your BB's are biodegradable, they will not be allowed on site.

The minimum age to play Airsoft is 10, parent to determine if their particular child is mature enough to handle the responsibilities that come along with playing Airsoft. Here are a few questions to ask yourself if your child is ready or not: can my child follow the simple rules in the safety brief that will not only protect him/her, but also their fellow players will he/she panic when they get hit (e.g. take their goggles off during play) will he/she cry when they get hit (don't want them to be embarrassed) usually if the child is active with any type of outdoor sports, they will be fine with Airsoft. Yes, 100%! GelSoft guns fire at a much lower velocity and don’t weigh that much so while they can cause a tiny sting, they aren’t dangerous, but safety glasses must be worn during use. Gel balls are completely non-toxic, environmentally friendly and leave no mess, residue or stains.

We recommend hydrating gel balls in water for at least 4 hours, then draining the water and leaving them in a sealed container until you wish to use them. For long term storage, put the gell balls in a sealed container or bottle in the fridge. Failure to place in an airtight container will result in the balls shrinking back to their original or unusable size. If they do shrink, you can hydrate them again by adding water, but they won't be as firm as before. Please make sure to also empty the magazine and clear the chamber once finished using all GelSoft guns to avoid blockages.

Yes, and a 3-hour charge is all that’s required. A USB charger is supplied with all battery powered GelSoft guns. On some guns such as the Uzi, even if the light on the charger goes out, ensure it's charged for a full 3 hours to make sure it's topped all the way up.
